Shona, an English former international field hockey player who played as a midfielder for England and Great Britain, has 122 England Caps and earned her Olympic Gold Medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. 

She attended our sports day ahead of the Sports awards evening, where she appeared as a special guest to present the awards to our PHSG sports stars.
