Year 8 Students Wow with ‘Biome in the Box’ Projects!

The Geography Department has been blown away by the creativity and effort put into this term’s ‘Biome in the Box’ project by our talented Year 8 students. Tasked with creating a biome of their choice, students showcased their understanding of the flora, fauna, food webs, and current environmental threats affecting their chosen biomes.

Some of the fantastic examples were brought into Mrs. Nicol-Boyle's class, and we’d like to give special recognition to a few outstanding projects:
  • Class 8D: Amelia, Lidia, Emilia, Freya, Ruby G, Issy J, Annabelle, Rocio, Ava, Ruby L, Roxanne and Amelie
  • Class 8B: Amelia, Molly P, Elodie, Tegan, and Charlotte

The level of detail and research demonstrated by these students has been truly impressive, and we’re so proud of the hard work everyone has put into this project. Well done, Year 8! 🌍📦
