Maya, who won silver, was once again competing in the 15+ age group, even though she won’t turn 15 until September! Competing against athletes several years older (one of the gold medallists is nearly 18!), Maya held her own and delivered an incredible performance. The competition was fierce, and the final scores were extremely close, making her silver medal finish all the more impressive.
