PHSG publishes their Autumn half term newsletter.
On Sunday the Plymouth High School for Girls F24 electric racing car team travelled to Goodwood for the International Finals. We are delighted to announce that the team achieved a new record, with Hummingbird covering a distance over 40 mile and achieved a top 10 position, nationally. A huge congratulations to the Team and big thanks to the staff who supported the trip and our sponsor, Becton Dickinson.
We would like welcome all prospective students to our Sixth Form open evening on Thursday 13th November, from 4.15pm to 6.30pm. Booking is not required.
We’re proud to share that Lynne Caddy, our Senior Science Technician, has become a published scientific author! Her recent paper, based on data from her Master’s research, marks a significant milestone in her academic journey and showcases the depth of expertise within our science department.
We would like to inform parents and guardians that the annual nasal flu vaccination for school-aged children is now due. The team will be visiting PHSG on the 20th November – parental consent must be submitted by 18th November using the link in the article below.
