From early on in her educational journey, Megan has excelled at Maths. She obtained a Grade 9 in Further Maths GCSE which she sat in Year 10 and she has sat the UK Maths Trust papers each year since Year 9. She sits not only the intermediate level (which is designed for years 9-11), obtaining a gold certificate and a grade high enough to progress to the next stage of kangaroo paper, she has also sat the senior paper designed for 6^th form for the last 3 years! In year 9 she obtained a bronze at this level, in year 10 a silver, and this year she obtained a gold certificate!

Due to her score in the intermediate level paper this year, she has been invited to attend a UKMT Summer School (https://ukmt.org.uk/enrichment/summer-schools).  To be eligible for the random selection of 50 children means she was in the top 1.5% of the UK!

An amazing opportunity for Megan, and we are delighted to celebrate her hard work and success! 

Following from entrance exams, she has also been selected as one of around 60 children, mainly from the South West, to attend Exeter School of Mathematics from September.
