They went to each of the AL subjects they’d chosen to have an initial lesson and some preparatory work for September given to them. (If any missed attending the day, the preparatory work is also posted on the website in the Sixth Form area, here.) Extended Project Qualification which all students take, was also explained to them so that they have a chance over the summer break to begin thinking about the topic they’d like to pursue.

They enjoyed the freedoms such as free time in the common room, wearing their own clothes as well as the joy of being able to sign out for lunchtime if they chose.

We very much look forward to welcoming them back in September,  as well as our new students who join us from other schools.
