Class of the week: 10B/Fn1 Food and Nutrition class. ''Class really pushed themselves when completing their own choice of dish at the end of their dairy unit of work.  We had fresh pasta carbonara; roast beef Yorkshire pudding wraps; and avocado mousse with coconut ice cream to name but a few.  I have been really impressed with the skills shown and the level of independent working, well done!''
