Supercurriculars are extra-curricular activities related to the chosen field of study. By encouraging these, we know students are making an informed choice and can provide evidence of the passion and self-sufficiency university admissions tutors are looking for.   

One registration session per week is used for supercurricular reading: fiction or non-fiction related to their course choice, but beyond the A level curriculum. Teachers share lists of their top 5 reads from our library to support this.  

Current opportunities will be displayed in the Sixth Form Study Centre, such as MOOCs (free online courses), competitions, local lectures, work experience placements and summer schools.
